Mechanical Engineer-Medical Device

Main Responsibilities:

· Development of delivery systems and capital equipment, including their manufacturing process, while meeting medical device standards

· Oversee manufacturing and testing subcontractors, setting requirements, process control, and acceptance testing

· Define and produce prototype devices; define and conduct development experiments, design verifications and process validations

· Support company products in pre-clinical and clinical activities

Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a well-established university

· A minimum of 3 years of R&D experience, in a dynamic star-up environment -Must

· A minimum of 3 years Experience in the design and development of medical devices, specifically sterile delivery systems, implantable devices, or interventional devices -Must

· Knowledge of medical device standards trends, materials, and manufacturing processes

· Strong skills in CAD, prototyping, and testing

· Good communication and teamwork abilities

· Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal

· A valid driver's license and access to a car for occasional field work.
