A dynamic company in the FoodTech sector is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Factory Manager.

Role Overview:

Spearhead the management of the company's factory,

ensuring the seamless integration of technology and operations.

🌟 Production Management:

Take charge of planning and overseeing production processes, meticulously optimizing efficiency and quality.

🌟 Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire the production teams and technicians, fostering a culture of

innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

🌟 Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the R&D teams and global stakeholders to align the

pilot facility's operations with the company's overarching company goals.

Qualifications/Requirements:

🎓 Education:

A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biotechnology engineering, chemistry engineering, or industrial engineering and management.

📈 Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in a process industry in operational roles. Significant experience within the food industry.

👥 Managerial Skills: Proven experience in managing production teams, demonstrating leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🔧 Technical Acumen: A strong technical orientation, with a passion for mastering the intricate details of production processes and technology.

🗣️ Language Skills: Fluent in both Hebrew and English to facilitate seamless communication with international partners.
