We are looking for an experienced, passionate and strategy-to-execution Head of UA to join our Growth team and take on our paid media channels and build the UA team from the ground up.

Who we are:
Weski, the world's first self-service platform for booking an entire ski trip in just a couple of clicks, is growing and fast. Doubling our scale YoY as we’ve been doing is definitely nice, but our eyes are on the prize and that prize is to become a $1B company.
Who You Are:
- At least 7 years of experience advertising with Google Ads (Search, Youtube, Display), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads in global markets
- Experience with managing large budgets (more than $10M per year)
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- Familiarity with advanced measurement and testing frameworks such as attribution models, incrementality testing and MMM
- Proven experience in launching and efficiently scaling paid media channels
- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, taking initiative and seeing projects through from start to finish.
Not mandatory, but it’ll be great if you also have:
- Experience in tracking, measurement and reporting infrastructure (e.g. GTM, Data studio, GA4, Mixpanel)
- Experience working with CRMs
- Past skiing experience
- Experience in the TravelTech industry
Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, manage and mentor the other UA team members when the need arises
- Own paid media strategy - Collaborate with the different stakeholders across the company to plan and execute WeSki’s paid strategy across all channel
- Ideate, plan, launch, measure, scale, and optimize new countries, funnels, channels, concepts and test plans
- Lead all day-to-day aspects of the paid activities (copy, creative, analysis, decision-making)
- Set the teams’ KPIs, priorities and project plans - and ensure outstanding delivery
- Make sure the team and WeSki as a whole are at the forefront of UA technologies, strategies and best practices
- Create a robust measurement and reporting infrastructure for the UA team for KPI monitoring and decision-making
