Head of User Acquisition

We're hiring a dynamic Head of User Acquisition for our international B2C company's Marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, this role is pivotal in the company's leadership team.

Ideal candidate: A strategic thinker with leadership skills to mentor and lead the team, solve complex challenges, analyze performance, and convert findings into optimization tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for user growth and funnel CVR improvement.
• Optimize and scale paid campaigns across channels to meet company goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies, taking real-time actions.
• Generate performance reports, provide creative input for advertising materials, and run A/B testing.
• Identify and engage potential partners, ensuring compliance and expanding marketing reach.
• Foster team development through training sessions and workshops.
• Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with Product and Analytics Teams.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor the user acquisition team, managing key campaigns hands-on.

Key KPIs:

• Customer acquisition cost (CAC, CPA)
• New customers (FTOs)
• %ROAS
• Full unit economics (growth and efficiency, attribution model, AOV, LTV)

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns.
• 2+ years managerial experience.
• Proven track record with large-scale advertising budgets ($1M+ / Month).
• B2C campaign management experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Global company experience and fluent English.
• Can-do attitude, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.
• Leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
• Proficiency in additional languages (German/Swedish/Danish) is advantageous.
• Experience in regulatory environments and eCommerce is advantageous.
• Familiarity with diverse media platforms and advertising channels is advantageous.
