Bookkeeper

We're seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for daily accounting duties and financial transactions, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.

What you will do:

• Perform bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
• Reconcile credit card transactions.
• Manage suppliers, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Review and record employee reimbursement expenses, including travel expense reports.
• Conduct end-of-month account reconciliations for book closing.
• Handle ongoing reconciliation tasks, including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Work closely with the CFO.

Requirements:

• Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge a must - Type 3 is an advantage.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience from a Hi-Tech or multi-national company – Must.
• High-level English (both spoken and written).
• Experience working with Hashavshevet software – an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in payroll preparation - an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player and service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
