Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and professionally lead a team of programmers and planners engaged in developing and maintaining organizational software systems.
• Responsible for production operations of systems under their domain. Manage all activity with the client.
• Receive assignments, break them down into sub-tasks, allocate them to the team, supervise and control their execution.
• Maintain quality of outputs, meet deadlines and procedures.
• Provide professional assistance and support to the team.
• Full-stack development in Angular and C# technologies. Development work across multiple projects.
• Manage a team of developers throughout the full life cycle of new and existing systems.
• Lead technological domains in the department, introduce and promote innovative technologies, tools and training.
• Conduct periodic code reviews with developers.
• Improve and streamline work processes, with emphasis on development and routine maintenance stages of system life cycles.
• Manage events while coping with pressures and multi-tasking.

Professional Requirements:.

• At least 10 years of experience and proven knowledge in information systems and experience in information system development and support – mandatory.
• Very high ability to track technological developments and new standards of leading tech players like SQL, Google, Microsoft etc.
• At least 7 years of experience in Angular and C# technologies – mandatory.
• Systemic perception and strong analytical skills – mandatory.
• Experience in managing employees and projects – mandatory.
• Systems analysis experience – advantage.
• Experience working with end users – mandatory.

Qualifications

Academic degree – mandatory! Preferably in Computer Science/Information Systems/Industrial Engineering and Management
