Production Manager

Telefire, a technological company that develops and manufactures cutting-edge fire detection systems and control systems, is hiring a manufacturing manager.

Responsibilities

• Execution of the production plan
• Meeting standard production times and getting it right the first time
• Leading and constantly improving production processes and increasing productivity
• Staff management, recruitment, certifications, setting goals.
• Work process management and control interfaces with additional company management departments.
• Work with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company in the field of electronics.
• Education – an engineering degree (industrial engineering, electricity, electronics, etc).
• Experience in building an end-to-end production process.
• Experience managing at least 20 employees.
• Proficient in English - reading, writing and speaking.
• Closing treatment cycles and personal responsibility.
• Excellent human relations, assertiveness, loyalty, innovative, high-level thinking, comfortable working with many interfaces in the organization, work under pressure, responsible, organized, keen technical and business understanding.
