Full stack developer-Meetings Team

About The Team

The team is responsible for multiple communication solutions across different platforms within Vonage.

This year, our team is diving into a new and exciting project. We're gearing up to add an Email communication channel to our platform, a big leap toward offering a complete and unified solution for the contact center environment.

In addition, the team is responsible for the Meetings app which is a video conferencing solution in VBC (a Vonage communication app for businesses). Meetings is a fun and challenging video product with thousands of daily users internally and externally.

What You Will Do

You'll be able to work on end-to-end projects in a full-stack role, aligned with your skills and career goals. As a part of your job, you will be charged with designing, researching, developing, and testing the functional and non-functional areas.

We have a roadmap for the coming years, including exciting new challenges and products. We design and implement new projects while constantly making sure we support large scales of data and traffic, backward and upward compatibility, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.JS / AngularJS / React
• Experience with back-end technologies - Nodejs, AWS, K8S, Postgresql, Redis
• Good knowledge and understanding of BE-side architecture
• Ability to handle a full application development cycle, from requirements to production
• Great collaboration skills, working with other team members across the world
  
  

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in CS or related field/experience
• Tech stack - Java (Spring), CI/CD technologies (GitHub actions, Helm Chart, Argo CD, etc…)
• Experience in Agile software development methodology
• Development experience working with microservices
