The Enterprise Browser Platform, built by Talon Cyber Security, is vital in today's digital landscape, enabling secure and efficient remote work. Its ability to safeguard unmanaged devices allows users to work from anywhere with confidence, addressing the increasing demand for flexibility and security in the modern workplace.

As the DevOps Manager for the Enterprise Browser Platform Group, a division recently evolved from the acquisition of Talon Cyber Security, you will lead a team in a cutting-edge environment. Your role is crucial in steering the development and operation of our modern technology stack, which includes:

• AWS & GCP as the cloud providers
• Terraform & Terragrunt for Infrastructure as Code
• Microservices architecture over Kubernetes
• ArgoCD and GitOps practices
• Datadog as the observability platform
  
  

You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous delivery and quality, performance and reliability of our enterprise browser platform.

Your Impact

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps Engineers, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Strategically manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using our technology stack, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment to production.
• Oversee the implementation of monitoring and alerting systems, to maintain high system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with software development and other cross-functional teams to integrate and refine processes, maximizing efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Ownership of the cloud infrastructure, managed by our Infrastructure as code.
  
  

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Leadership in DevOps and Platform Engineering with expertise in AWS, GCP, Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and other tools.
• Experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and agile environments.
• Proficient in managing cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS and GCP, and skilled in infrastructure as code using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee high-scale SaaS applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effective team leadership and collaboration.
• Experience with FinOps & Cost Management - an advantage.
