• Lead a strong team of full-stack and AI developers, working closely with Data Engineers and Scientists
• Align tech roadmap with business goals
• Execute key initiatives collaboratively
• Evolve the platform for seamless integration
• Balance feature development for stability and scalability
• Own cloud operations and budget
• Report to a US-based management

Requirements:

• 8+ years in scalable software development
• 4+ years in managing distributed teams
• Experience leading development with both front-end, back-end and big data challenges
• Experience with Scala - advantage
• Knowledge in everything AWS
• Comfortable with ambiguity and innovative technologies
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, entrepreneurial leader
• Excellent English
