Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at HAAT Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing exceptional mobile digital products and a deep understanding of design systems and user experience research.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate User Experience: Collaborate on the end-to-end design of our mobile app, ensuring a frictionless and enjoyable experience for our users.
• Design System Leadership: Drive the development and maintenance of our design system, fostering consistency and efficiency in every interaction.
• User-Centric Innovation: Conduct user experience research to inform design decisions, employing data-driven insights to enhance our app's functionality.
• Collaborative Leadership: Lead design workshops, mentor junior designers, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Industry Awareness: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our product design strategy.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in product design, with a strong emphasis on web digital products and dashboard design.
• Proven expertise in designing within established design systems and contributing to their growth.
• An impressive portfolio showcasing your impact on successful web app projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as [e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD].
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• An understanding of the intricacies of the delivery app industry (optional)
