Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Risk Automation Technical Specialist. The Risk Automation Technical Specialist will be responsible for identifying, investigating and resolving technical issues related to fraud monitoring and detection, risk analysis, and compliance regulations. Additionally, this position will collaborate with our engineering team, and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders. The role is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting: Candidate should possess the ability to identify, investigate and resolve technical issues related to fraud monitoring and detection, risk analysis, and compliance regulations.
• Technical support: Candidate should be able to collaborate with the engineering team and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service: Candidate should have experience working in a customer service environment-working directly with stake holders will be of added advantage
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred, especially in computer science, Technology, mathematics, or other related degrees)
