Position Overview:

As a Software Team Leader at EMG-Soft, you will lead a dynamic team of software engineers in the development of embedded Linux systems. Your role will involve managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

  - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  - Set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure the team's success.

2. Project Management:

  - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities.

3. Technical Expertise:

  - Possess a strong background in embedded Linux systems, with hands-on experience in design, development, and debugging.

  - Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to guide the team in making informed decisions.

4. Code Review and Quality Assurance:

  - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.

  - Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on embedded Linux systems.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and familiarity with scripting languages.
