System Manager - Medical Devices

We're seeking an experienced System Manager with expertise in medical devices to join a medical devices startup team in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead and execute complex, multidisciplinary projects in medical device development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

System Integration:

• Oversee the intricate integration of hardware, mechanics, and software components.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration challenges throughout the development cycle.

Technical Expertise:

• Apply deep technical knowledge to contribute to the design and development of advanced medical devices.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies into our projects.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all medical devices comply with rigorous regulatory standards.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to address technical challenges preemptively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Proven experience managing intricate medical device projects.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards in the medical device industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication.
• Willingness to relocate to or already located in Tel Aviv.
