Project manager (Outsource) Medical

EMG-Soft is currently seeking a Project Manager for a multidisciplinary medical company based in Tel Aviv (Outsource).

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Monitor various project life cycles within the subcontractor's portfolio for the company's products.

Taking charge of resource management, analyzing requirements, overseeing progress, mitigating risks, managing schedules, and monitoring budgets.

Effectively communicating, tracking, and reporting project status while identifying and addressing areas of risk and opportunity.

Collaborating with other departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align projects with business objectives, monitor progress, and make adjustments for success.

Offering optimal solutions while adhering to technical requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should:

Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering focusing on Mechanics, Electronics, or Biomedical.

Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of expertise in overseeing the entire spectrum of multi-disciplinary Research and Development (R&D) projects.

Have a preference for candidates with a background in medical device companies.

Possess experience in navigating and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in English as a mandatory requirement.

Exhibit robust communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
