This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Sales Manager located in Kfar Sava. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our workspace, both in terms of customer satisfaction and lead generation activities. You will work on the ground to deliver the best customer service to our clients and maximize the occupancy of our spaces. You will also convert leads generated by our marketing team into deals, and provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and demographic targeting.

• Customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet/exceed sales goals
• Strong customer satisfaction focus with experience in retention strategies
• Lead generation and conversion skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• Experience in real estate, coworking, or service-oriented industries preferred
