We are looking for an excellent IT Engineer to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

• Administer the company's IT, including network, servers, software, SAAS applications, and hardware devices.
• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up for company employees.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.
• implement IT systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT staff and vendors.
• Document system configuration and procedures

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a Help Desk / IT Support
• High customer orientation skills
• Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers)
• Experience with handling IT tasks on Windows OS and MacOS
• IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, Azure)
• Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, Antivirus etc.
• Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Language skills: Fluent English & Hebrew
