Bookkeeper

Our finance team is growing, and we are looking for a talented bookkeeper to join the ride. the ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player, has excellent attention to detail, is capable of working cross-functionally, and prioritizes multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As a bookkeeper at Ship4wd, you will report directly to the Controller, oversee the company’s end-to-end bookkeeping, as well as day-to-day financial activities related to bookkeeping, and accounting.

Role Description:

· Responsible for accounts payable process (Purchase Order, booking, payment)

· Responsible for accounts receivable process.

· Execute bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliation, fixed assets, expense accruals, prepaid expenses, and other expenses

· Preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax)

· Ensure proper documentation for all invoices, purchase orders, payments, etc.

· Direct communication with vendors on an ongoing basis including AP reconciliation.

· Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested

Qualifications:

· At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper.

· Certified bookkeeper (types 2+).

· Extensive MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions

· High level of English proficiency (writing, reading)

· Independent, detail-oriented, a team player, a Fast learner, and able to work under pressure.

· Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
