Talent Acquisition Specialist

Gini Apps is looking for an Intermediate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Our specialized team of recruitment experts delivers the top talent our business firm needs to fill open positions within their organization.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Sourcing candidates through traditional and non-traditional methods
• Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Providing regular progress updates to the recruiting team
• Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Maintaining recruiting database
  
  

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a talent acquisition
• Experience in recruiting Technical positions as well as customer facing
• Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (Linkedin, Facebook and Github)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
