What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic user-centric Content Writer to join our Product-Design team. As a sole Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the microcopy across our system, developing technical documents, managing the Help Center, and creating release notes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our products are self-explanatory, user-friendly, and inviting, alongside assisting R&D teams in crafting clear and concise documentation for technical aspects of the product.

This role offers the opportunity to become the knowledge base for the entire company, making it ideal for someone who thrives on making technical information accessible and engaging for all users.

Responsibilities:

• Craft clear and concise microcopy for various touchpoints within the system.
• Assist R&D teams in crafting comprehensive and clear documentation for technical aspects of the product.
• Curate and maintain content for the Help Center, ensuring it's informative and accessible to all users.
• Take charge of creating engaging release notes that effectively communicate new features and advantages of our products.
• Provide support to various teams within the organization, offering your expertise in writing for different tasks as needed.
• Proactively initiate and drive projects independently, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of complex technical developments to communicate them effectively.

Requirements:

• Native English level – a must
• Professional UX and technical writing experience with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
• Passion for simplifying complex information and making it approachable for all users.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to initiate and drive projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
