K2view is a leading software company specializing in data management solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze the consolidated financial statements.
• Provide guidance on revenue recognition matters and other accounting topics.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making purposes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Prepare and manage support for external audits and tax filings.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (including internship).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Extensive knowledge in US GAAP accounting principles and regulations.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently (hybrid module).
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).
