Senior Marketing Designer

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team and craft compelling visual content that drives engagement and delivers impact across our marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to translate strategic marketing goals into stunning design concepts across various platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content that drives engagement and supports our overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising context.
Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in animation and video editing is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in creating marketing materials and digital assets.
Creative and conceptual thinking with a passion for design and an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Created and delivered assets for ads, email templates, social media graphics, and banners for marketing campaigns.
Design and optimize visually engaging landing pages that drive conversions and align with Finout’s brand.
Develop and maintain Finout’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and enhancing recognition across touchpoints.
Create custom illustrations to enhance marketing materials and ensure a unique and cohesive visual identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and strategize effective visual communication.
Design high-quality, on-brand digital assets for web, mobile, and other platforms.
Create marketing presentation templates aligned with our brand language.
