Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller position offers a great opportunity to gain experience and make an impact within the finance department of an exciting and fast-paced cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly closing and delivering end-to-end reporting packages and consolidated financial statements
• Work directly with the external audit team during tax and year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported
• Prepare and analyze financial data and internal reports; monitor progress and changes
• Take part in the company’s annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis
• Prepare annual tax returns and statutory reports
• Ensure the company is in compliance with global tax regulations (VAT, US tax, sales tax, transfer pricing, etc.)
• Perform controls over-invoicing, revenue recognition, expenses, etc.
• Perform controls of the day-to-day bookkeeping operations of Israel and US entities, as well as provide guidance as necessary
• Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks and projects.
  
  

• Big 4 internship, 2-3 years of experience (including internship)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS
• Experience with month-end/year-end closing process
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, ability to learn new software quickly
• High proficiency in English
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Team player
• Experience as a CPA in a high-tech company - advantage
• Knowledge of Netsuite ERP - advantage
