Bookkeeper

A fast-growing Israeli-based company developing a revolutionary electro-optical system is looking for a passionate and experienced bookkeeper who will join the growing bookkeeping team in the finance department.

Job Description

Supporting all the bookkeeping team day to day tasks such as- activities related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, Bank and credit card reconciliation and record day to day financial transactions.

Prepare vendor payments, as well as reporting to all Israeli tax authorities. Managing and booking of travel reports and participating in the monthly reports closing process.

Oversee companies’ financial expenses, income and reconciliation.

Requirements-

• Certified Bookkeeper type 1 and 2 - A must
• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Experience working with Priority ERP system - an advantage
• Good-level of English - A must
• Experience in reporting monthly to tax authorities
• High Excel level
• Experience in hi-tech global companies - an advantage
• Well-organized with high attention to details
• Ability to work independently
