Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

The Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) is part of the on-site Service and Maintenance Team. He is responsible for the overall maintenance performance of our customer's logistics centre in accordance with the contractual framework.

Through proactive work, he detects system faults in time and minimises their impact. He performs fault analysis and applies remedies. He reports to the Site Manager when the needed measures/ works can affect the facility operations.

Tasks and Qualifications:

General responsibilities:

• Execution of planned and unplanned maintenance and repair activities in compliance to safety regulations.
• Inventory management; spare and wear parts.
• Functional tests of the installed/ replaced parts.
• Reporting to the Site Manager regarding:
• Faults and their causes.
• Consumption of spare parts.
• Special events.
• Suggestions for system improvement.
• Execution of small work orders.
• Supervision of repair works executed by subcontractors.
