As a Product Designer (UX/UI) at Guesty, you will be a key member of our design team, responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex web applications, both for mobile and desktop platforms. You will collaborate closely with our talented group of designers, product managers, and developers to drive user-centric design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex web applications, a strong grasp of user research methodologies, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Web Application Design: Create user-friendly and visually stunning interfaces for complex web applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure the seamless integration of design into the development process.
• User Research: Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Utilize these insights to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Figma Expertise: Proficiently use Figma to create, iterate, and collaborate on design projects. Share design assets and prototypes with team members for feedback and development.
• Independence: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects from concept to delivery.
• Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to illustrate and communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Usability Testing: Organize and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and refine designs based on user input.
• Design Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and web application projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and a user-centered design approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
