We developed a Livestream shopping platform for brands, retailers, influencers, and experts to conduct virtual shopping events. Influencers can broadcast their session with unlimited followers on the e-commerce site via our innovative screen-sharing solution and a video chat.

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Sales and CS to direct and oversee our Sales and customer success department. You will define our company’s path by being in charge of promoting and pursuing new clients on the one hand, and maintaining our work relationships with existing clients. Our ideal candidate will be a passionate, determined and enthusiastic manager, experienced in sales, that will possess excellent communication skills.

Our VP of Sales will report directly to the CEO and will oversee the internal Sales & CS team. To be successful in this role, you should be striving for goal achievement, since you will play a significant role in shaping the company’s strategic planning.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Sales department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish clear and measurable sales and customer success goals aligned with overall company objectives.
• Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Regularly report on key metrics to the executive team, highlighting successes and proposing adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the Customer Success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Implement processes and initiatives to enhance customer onboarding, training, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer success.
• Prepare and pitch appropriate presentations on our products and services.
• Preparing price offers, negotiating, and escorting the client up to the signature phase.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  
  

• 5+ years of proven "hands-on" experience as a VP Sales / Sales Executive or another relevant role.
• Native English Speaker – a must!
• Having an interest and network in the e-commerce industries is a plus!
• Communications/business or marketing degree.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions.
• Self-driven and proactive nature.
