Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer and Production Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our software products and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

You will work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues during development and post-production.

Your responsibilities will include testing, bug tracking, and actively monitoring our production environment to provide timely support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA):
• Analyze requirements and build automation infrastructure
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and report software defects.
• Perform regression testing to ensure product stability.
• Conduct performance and load testing as needed.
• Document test results and maintain test documentation.

Production Support:

• Monitor production systems to ensure availability and performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers to deploy fixes and improvements.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent future issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA testing and production support.
• Proven experience in independently analyze and testing and production support.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
• Experience with cloud-based environments is a plus.
