As a QA Automation Engineer and Production Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our software products and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
You will work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues during development and post-production.
Your responsibilities will include testing, bug tracking, and actively monitoring our production environment to provide timely support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Analyze requirements and build automation infrastructure
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and report software defects.
- Perform regression testing to ensure product stability.
- Conduct performance and load testing as needed.
- Document test results and maintain test documentation.
Production Support:
- Monitor production systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers to deploy fixes and improvements.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent future issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QA testing and production support.
- Proven experience in independently analyze and testing and production support.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
- Experience with cloud-based environments is a plus.
