Associate/Senior Us tax consulting

About the Job

PwC Israel is seeking a qualified, talented and experienced candidate to join our US tax consulting team within our US Tax Desk.

What you will be doing:

·        Preparation of US tax memoranda on a range of topics including permanent establishment, treaty eligibility, withholding, mergers and acquisitions, etc.

·        Performing US tax due diligence on a variety of companies within different sectors.

·        Performing PFIC analyses.

·        Reviewing US tax provisions.

·        Performing ad hoc research as client questions arise on both tax consulting and compliance related questions.

This role allows you to develop as a tax adviser and broaden your US tax knowledge and research skills across a wide range of clients.

Our team offers a hybrid structure of working from home and the office.

Essential skill and experience:

·        Qualified US CPA

·        Experience working in US corporate tax

·        Proficient in both verbal and written English
