SW Full Stack Team Leader

Role description:

• Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals through mentoring, and day-to-day management.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the implementation of best coding practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other teams.
• Stay up to date with latest industry trends and technologies to introduce innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
• Act as a mentor fostering a collaborative environment for the team to enhance their skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL (GQL).
• Proven experience as a Software Team Leader or similar leadership role.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Broad technical knowledge with the ability to mentor others effectively.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microservices
• Experience working with dockers and a cloud environment.
• Experience with GIS, Geospatial DB (PostGIS)
