Director of Product Managment

CorrActions is revolutionizing road safety by enabling cars and fleets to understand drivers’ cognitive impairments - caused by alcohol, fatigue, drugs, stress, etc. - and act accordingly. CorrActions is backed by leading automotive companies including Volvo Cars, Goodyear and Blackberry. 

We are seeking a strong professional Director Product Management to lead our aftermarket product and offering to fleets. In this position you will lead the future direction and implementation of our product in new markets, helping change the road safety paradigm. You will define and manage the Product and influence go-to-market, interfacing closely with customers and with the R&D team. 

As our director of product management, you’ll be overseeing the strategic planning, the product development process, and the successful launch of products. Your technical background (HW and SW) and hands-on experience in managing mobility products will allow you to ensure alignment with market needs and company goals. 

In this position you will have a key impact on our journey to improve vehicle safety and shape the future of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and articulating a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company’s overall goals, market trends, and customer needs. 
• Lead the product planning process by collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and creating a product roadmap.
• Monitoring the market landscape, conducting competitive analysis, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs.
• Successfully plan product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams, to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Take an active role in aftermarket customer facing product pilots and integration projects, focusing on quick iteration and scaling. 
• Take an active role in implementing our go-to-market, from definition, through product launch, product marketing, onboarding channel partners, and potential enhancements for product offerings.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on product management in the mobility field, of AI based HW/SW systems, including edge and cloud processing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle systems, and integration into systems in those eco systems.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field – an advantage.
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs – an advantage.
