UX Designer Team Lead

An International B2C company is looking for a brilliant UX Designer Team Lead to join its team.

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of marketing and UIUX designers - full ownership for the Use experience, look & feel of all the company's marketing and product designs.
• Create campaigns, ads & web pages for the company's paid acquisition activity.
• Work closely with the acquisition teams and monitor relevant KPIs to optimize the creatives toward success.
• Translate product functionality and technical details into simple-to-use flow, by using eCommerce best practices and combining great UI/UX with strong CTA - to achieve the goal of a higher conversion rate.
• Work closely with the Content and Product team
  
  

• 5+ years of designing and developing innovative concepts for stunning marketing campaigns and eCommerce User experience
• A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles
• 2+ years of proven experience managing and leading a team in a professional web design environment.
• Deep knowledge of web user experience, with a business result-oriented approach.
• In-depth knowledge of key marketing platforms and performance media channels.
• Familiarity with online marketing basic metrics & KPIs.
• Professional, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• A “people’s person”, a team player with a ‘can-do attitude.
• Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design - an advantage.
• Portfolio is a must!**
