Community Manager

Job Description

• Growth in online communities, and growth in our number of active users.
• You’ll be the focal point for the community in market - live and breath the needs of the community across multiple European countries
• You’ll understand the financial needs and behaviour of our national communities across our target European countries (for example, Germany, Italy, Netherlands etc.).
• You’ll create and lead a Community Engagement Program – online (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc) supported by Product Marketing, and engage in offline community events supported by Field marketing.
• You’ll be able to complete on-the-ground research in target countries through developing access to local community members (and potentially managing freelancers in-country where needed)
• You’ll be comfortable handling high priority customer support questions
