Position Overview
The Renewals account Manager is responsible for achieving renewal revenue sales targets through proactively engaging with customers. In this role you will work closely with our customers and partners to negotiate and execute renewal contracts. You will support the team in maintaining high renewal rates and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a trusted Security advisor relationship with customers across commercial & small business in Israel.
- Achieve renewal quota and renewal objectives.
- Develop and execute effective renewal plans for accounts in conjunction with the Sales team.
- Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with Customer to support the cross/up-selling opportunities.
- Have a complete understanding of pricing and licensing models.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge and skill in the range of solutions provided by Trend Micro.
- Create and issue renewals quotations.
- Forecast Renewals Opportunity status.
- Track and expedite purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com regarding customer renewal information, renewal status and renewal reports.
- Build and maintain beneficial, positive relationships internally with Account Managers, Non-Focus Channel Partners, and Distributors.
- Provide accurate reporting specifically for Late Renewals, Renewal migration and Churn including reasons for cancelation for analysis.
- Ability to identify and understand the needs of the customer in order to recommend the optimum solution.
- Ability to elicit customer needs and subsequently identify new expansion opportunities.
- Excellent selling, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- At least 2 years of sales, account management, or renewal management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Previous experience using CRM MS dynamics / salesforce.com etc.
- Knowledge of IT security product sets is desirable but not essential.
