We’re looking for an Experienced Java Backend Engineer to join and drive the execution of Imperva’s Platform strategy.

This position is part of Imperva's mission for building the foundations for all current and future Imperva products, and creating a unified open platform that connects the best-of-breed cyber security products in the world.

Requirements

• 4 + years of development experience as backend software engineering in Java
• Proven experience with development of large-scale complex features, design patterns, and distributed software architecture
• Understanding of SaaS applications and experience with cloud/microservices
• Highly self-motivated person, fast learner, and independent
• ״ Can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven innovative skills/projects
• Bsc. in Computer Science or equivalent
  
  

• Knowledge of the cyber security field
• Experience with AWS, k8s, Dockers, Helm
• Experience with building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Spring or other similar frameworks.
• Experience with APM Tools (Datadog, New Relic)
• Being a fun person to work with
