Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kfar Sava for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent, conducting phone and in-person interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and providing feedback to candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining relationships with potential candidates and networking within the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruiter or in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with various sourcing techniques, including online recruiting platforms and social media
• Ability to identify and recruit top talent
• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
