We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager, to play a pivotal role in orchestrating the creative aspects of our marketing campaigns. This includes meticulously planning, overseeing, and harmonizing various facets of our marketing messages and communication strategies to effectively reach our target audience.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while overseeing a compact yet talented studio consisting of designers, video editors, and a small content team. Your primary responsibilities will encompass project management and ensuring seamless alignment with our business objectives. Your contribution will be instrumental in spearheading marketing initiatives across all business units. Additionally, you will closely monitor the performance of creative outputs from your team, create monthly reportings and fine-tune strategies for optimization.

We seek a candidate with a well-established track record in concept creation, adeptness in collaborating with various marketing teams, and a demonstrated ability to yield winner campaigns. The candidate is an AI champion and will take on the pivotal role of educating the team on harnessing the full potential of AI tools for content, video, and design creations.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

You'll lead a team responsible for creating captivating copy, video content, engaging landing pages, banners, and ads. Your role includes timely asset delivery across marketing channels and maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Concept Creation:

You will leverage your extensive expertise in concept creation to generate innovative ideas for our marketing campaigns. Your skills will be instrumental in translating these concepts into visually appealing and highly effective creative materials. Additionally, you will take on the role of mentor and leader for the Content Team, guiding them in crafting engaging and informative content across diverse marketing channels. Furthermore, you will be tasked with enhancing the team's AI capacity, optimizing AI tool effectiveness, and elevating the quality of our production processes. You will monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Leadership and Collaboration:

You will play a dual role as both a leader and mentor, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration among your team members. Additionally, you will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing campaigns seamlessly align with the overarching objectives of our company. To gather input and brainstorm new creative ideas, you will lead a creative roundtable involving stakeholders from within our B2C business unit, ensuring a comprehensive and innovative approach to our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in concept creation and content management.
• Proven experience in managing creative teams and delivering high-quality design projects.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
