As a Growth Marketer at ssv.network, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving user engagement and community growth through innovative and gamified marketing strategies. This role is integral to our mission of building a robust and active community, particularly within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns focused on gamification elements (like quests, airdrops, and point systems) to boost user engagement.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Ethereum and its applications to craft marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
• Independently drive growth campaigns from creative ideation to operational execution, collaborating with various team members to align and achieve campaigns' goals.
• Collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders to amplify our reach and impact.
• Foster a vibrant community atmosphere by engaging with users and stakeholders, both online and possibly at live events.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions for future strategies.
  
  

• Proven experience in growth marketing, within the crypto industry.
• Strong understanding and passion for Ethereum, including its narratives, technological advancements, and community dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from initiation to completion.
• Analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting market trends and user data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working harmoniously with team members and external partners.
• A self-starter, a visionary who can take charge of projects and see them through while constantly aligning with the dynamic nature of the market.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
