TruLeaf Medical is a medical device start-up company based in Or Akiva, developing a heart valve prosthesis, is looking to recruit a Cardiac Implants Design Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cardiac Implants Design Engineer to join the R&D team in developing the company's product. The engineer's responsibility will include defining design requirements, conceptual design of cardiac implants structures, detailed design, analysis, testing and execution. Our ideal candidate should possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and have solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• NiTi and Stainless-steel material deep understanding
• Comprehensive knowledge in elasticity, plasticity and material fatigue
• Understanding of the FEA method
• Analytical approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of the relevant manufacturing technologies and ISO standards
