Programmatic Account Manager

We’re looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Central Israel. You’ll play a key role in managing integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless programmatic operations across our partner network. This role blends technical troubleshooting with strategic execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize relationships with supply and demand partners to ensure strong performance.
• Oversee integration processes with ad networks, exchanges, leading SSPs and ORTB platforms.
• Monitor and analyze oRTB campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations.
• Troubleshoot delivery and integration issues across platforms and partners.
• Track key performance metrics, report findings, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to improve ad formats, connection types, and programmatic strategy.
• Stay on top of industry trends and suggest innovative solutions to improve outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably with oRTB, ad exchanges, SSPs, or GAM.
• Proven experience managing platform partnerships and optimizing for performance.
• Comfortable working with data—strong Excel skills are a must.
• Fluent English and great communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-starter who can prioritize, troubleshoot, and thrive independently in a remote setting.
• Ad-tech experience is a must.
