Senior Paid Media Manager

Job Description:

We are currently in search of a Senior Paid Media Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Holon to fuel the next phase of the Company’s growth.

In this role, he/she will manage all aspects of CPC/CPM Based Programmatic Media Buying, for CPA/CPL/CPS/CPD performance offers.

he/she should have experience with Media Buying on Social, Search, and other DSPs & Ad Platforms, as well as Optimization, ad tracking & ad management systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage CPC/CPM Programmatic Media Buying on DSPs & Ad Platforms - Social, Search, and other

Manage Performance offers provided by Demand Manager

Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns for direct and inhouse advertisers

Experiment with new platforms and channels

Monitor ROI

Optimize campaigns and budgets Plan and execute ad creatives – text, image, and landing pages

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Programmatic Media Buyer – Minimum 2 years.

Experience working on Dsp’s Media Platforms – Social, Search & Other

Experience with Performance offers (CPA, CPL, CPS, FTD)

Excellent analytical and communicational skills, Problem-Solving skills, Organizational skills and high-focus abilities

Experience with ad tracking and ad management systems (Affis, Everflow, Vollum, Tune, etc)

Working knowledge of media analytics software (Similarweb, SemRush, etc.)

BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related
