Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare associated reports.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements by IFRS.
• Monitor and manage the employee options program.
• Oversee the OS bookkeeping and payroll team.
• Assist in audit processes for both consolidated financial statements and local audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Interact with various departments, including Product, IT, R&D, and HR, to prepare statutory financial statements.
• Manage the general ledger and oversee accounts payable.
• Assist with budgeting and monthly payments.
• Report to the Corporate Controller, providing insights and updates on financial operations.

Qualifications:

• CPA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the big 4 – A Must (High-tech industry experience is an advantage).
• Proven experience as a Controller in the high-tech industry.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to IFRS.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• High work ethic, hands-on approach, independent capability, fast data learning, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with "priority" system - an advantage.
