This is a full-time on-site Senior Product Manager role. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, championing the product vision, conducting market research, and ensuring cross-functional team alignment. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle and ensuring product-market fit.

• Strong experience in product management in the software industry
• Ability to define and execute the product roadmap based on customer and market insights
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of software development principles and practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
