Wobi is looking for a a talented and experienced Salesforce administrator and implementer to join our team!

Wobi Insurance Agency Ltd is a leading Israeli private Fintech company, incorporated and operating since March 2010. Wobi is fast-growing and now employs over 220 people.

The role encompasses both product and business aspects of the system, requiring hands-on implementation on Salesforce. It is well-suited for a fast learner, who is user experience-oriented, highly motivated with technical skills and problem-solving abilities, thriving in a dynamic environment. The Ideal candidate should have a blend of product orientation and technical expertise.

What will I be doing?

·        Analyze business requirements and implement new Salesforce solutions according to the end-user’s needs and business goals

·        Implement end-to-end projects through all lifecycle phases, ensuring alignment with business requirements

·        Collaborate with our development team to support developments on Salesforce

·        Work closely and provide day-to-day support to our Salesforce users. This includes enforcing sales and operations processes and resolving system-related issues and ensuring smooth system operation.

·        Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems and appropriately escalate, and track issues as needed

·        Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, sharing rules, groups and license types

·        Create and customize standard and custom objects including fields, page layouts, security rules, flows, screen flows and validation rules

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and administration is required
• Experience with complex flows and validations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practice

·        Experience with SOQL is required

• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
