Role Description

We are currently offering a full-time remote position for a Sales Manager based in Israel. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving revenue growth, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include the development of effective sales strategies, identification of new business opportunities, maintenance of client relationships, and proficient management of the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Leadership, and Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in Hebrew/Russian is a must, and proficiency in English is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Business Development, with a successful track record in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the staffing industry with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and utilize CRM tools effectively.
• Documented success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
