Community Relations Specialist

NICE is looking for a Community Relations Specialist that will lead our unique Code:Coda program, which encourages girls aged 14 years to see the incredible possibilities available to them through coding and technology, and thereby narrows the gender gap in technology (https://www.nice.com/corporate-responsibility/code-coda-project/ ). The role also includes supporting the company’s broader community outreach and engagement activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive our unique Code:Coda program:
• Advance program goals, manage implementation and develop communications for the program’s ongoing management
• Track and monitor progress, and be able to report on status against program objectives
• Manage existing relationships with our partners
• Collaborate with internal teams and serve as liaison to external stakeholders to develop and implement plans that support program goals
• Prepare, monitor, and control the related budget
• Create and maintain complex and concurrent community programs, activities and initiatives to engage employees in volunteer opportunities and to support local community relations
  
  

• A minimum of 4 years of community experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Quick learner and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently, and within a team environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism
• A multitasker, with strong project management skills and great attention to detail
