System Engineer

Nir-Or Israel Ltd. designs develops, manufactures, and integrates innovative electronic systems and products for a vast range of military applications at land, air, and sea. Role Definition:

· Supporting marketing processes, formulating concepts, and providing technical solutions while drafting technical proposals in accordance with customer requirements.

· Defining, analyzing, and specifying system requirements, writing requirement specifications.

· Deriving technical requirements for professional disciplines.

· System design, architecture design, defining system components, and writing product specifications.

· Integration within the project development team and continuous work throughout the development process, in design, integration, testing, experiments, and debugging of product components in system, hardware, firmware, software, mechanics, algorithms, and optics.

· Involvement in specification, planning, and conducting experiments, measurements, and final tests for the development model (POD).

· Leading and conducting Qual tests.

· Technical management of a plan and customer technical support, integrating with experiments and client integrations.

Role Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.

· Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

· Over five years of experience in multi-disciplinary system development.

· High systemic insight, proven ability, and experience in writing specification documents and requirements.

· Experience in architecture design, leading surveys, planning, and conducting engineering experiments and tests.

· Experience in electro-mechano-optical system development - an advantage.

· Experience working with military systems - an advantage.
