What You'll Do
As a Business Operations Specialist at Datarails, you will have a vital role in assisting our team through process optimization, data management, and facilitating smooth coordination among different departments.
- Support and manage the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across different departments
- Analyze and cleanse data to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Create and assess reports and analytics for diverse stakeholders to offer valuable insights into performance.
- Assist Sales organization in processing software, professional services and support opportunities
- Be a part of the Salesforce development and maintenance team, create and maintain flows and automations.
- Drive and maintenance renewal business with suppliers & customers. Track and manage clients' billing and payments, issue invoices while working closely with the finance department.
- Support the organization database management with various systems

- Ability to work in a team, and navigate between the different departments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel - a MUST
- Previous familiarity with Salesforce - An advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize different tasks and projects
- High level of detail orientation and organizational skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
