Bookkeeper

Smart-Shooter is looking for a bookkeeper to join its growing accounting staff.

Description

The Bookkeeper position includes supporting the tasks of the accounting team, with various inbound & outbound working interfaces.

• Performing tasks such as handling suppliers, customers, recording diary orders, bank and credit card adjustments.
• Processing payments to suppliers in ILS and foreign currency
• Reporting to relevant institutions
• Managing, and registering travel reports
• Closing a period in accounting until balance sheet stage (on a monthly level)
• Managing the accounts of group companies and making intercompany adjustments.
• Providing professional service (such as preparing reports and professional advice) to a variety of functions in the company.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bookkeeper certificate (Type 1 + 2) – Mandatory

·        At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper

·        Experience with Priority ERP – Advantage

·        Experience in monthly reports for the authorities

·        High level in using Microsoft Excel

·        Experience working in a Hi-Tech company.
