Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.
We are looking for an On-site representative for a 10-month contract (with a long-term option)
We offer an opportunity to play a key role in the Telehealth world.
Scope of position:
- Full-time position, on-site.
- Ability to work in the following cities: Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya, Hod Hasharon, Netanya, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono. Additional sites near the mentioned cities may be added as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-premise Clinicians and Admin team training and support.
- Be the first point of contact for any customer issue.
- Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions and interact with internal or customer resources to resolve problems.
- Interact with customers as part of the program roll out.
- Perform training, customer demonstrations, simulating new features and abilities.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate the project data, using Excel.
- Identify possible improvements related to customer work processes and tools.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Background in network support / Technical skills – must
- Advanced Excel skills – must
- Background in training customers - advantage
- Background in healthcare technology companies - advantage
- Excellent English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and superb written and verbal communication skills, including customer facing engagement.
- Strong decision making, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- An independent “can-do” approach, positive attitude, empathy, and a team player.
