We are looking for an On-site representative for a 10-month contract (with a long-term option)

Scope of position:

• Full-time position, on-site.
• Ability to work in the following cities: Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya, Hod Hasharon, Netanya, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono. Additional sites near the mentioned cities may be added as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-premise Clinicians and Admin team training and support.
• Be the first point of contact for any customer issue.
• Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions and interact with internal or customer resources to resolve problems.
• Interact with customers as part of the program roll out.
• Perform training, customer demonstrations, simulating new features and abilities.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate the project data, using Excel.
• Identify possible improvements related to customer work processes and tools.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships.
